Shipping

Most orders received before 11:00 AM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 1:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.

We ship with Canada Post using Expedited shipping but we cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping.  Shipping is a flat fee of $15.

Some items such as plasma cars and lava lamps are in-store pickup only.  This is highlighted in the product description.  

Refunds and Returns

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.  In these cases we will cover the cost of shipping the item back to our store.

If you change your mind and no longer require the item we will accept a return for 30 days from the date of purchase.  In this cases you are responsible for shipping charges back to one of our locations.

Refunds will be processed on the card the purchase was made on. Cash refunds are available if the purchase was made in cash. Customers can create store credit in place of cash/credit refunds if desired.
